Would you like to become a vendor for GHC or LHA?

GHC and LHA's vendor outreach goal is to ensure the inclusion, to the maximum extent possible, of entities owned by minorities and women.

Gwinnett Housing Corporation (GHC) and Lawrenceville Housing Authority (LHA) seek to work with vendors who are interested in playing a valuable role in helping to provide safe and healthy homes for Gwinnett County residents.

To submit an application to become an approved vendor, you must first register on one of our vendor portals.

For vendors seeking to provide contracting services through our Healthy Homes Production Program or our Older Adults Home Modification Program, use GHC's Neighborly Portal to submit your application. You will have to click "Register" the first time you go to the site, and then login each time after. This portal will also allow you to submit quotes and bids online.
