PATHWAY MARKET PROGRAM

Pathway Market's mission is to provide working families in Gwinnett County with an opportunity to become homeowners or secure permanent unassisted housing by providing supportive services to address their financial dependence on subsidized housing. The program is designed in collaboration with community partners to provide services and support to families, which in turn will guide them toward economic self-sufficiency, financial independence, and stable housing/homeownership.

Pathway Market offers a participant a fixed 100% home rent rate in an effort to assist the participant in meeting their FSS Plan interim and annual goals.
