Pathway Market Program

Pathway Market's mission is to provide Lawrenceville Housing Authority (LHA) and Gwinnett Housing Corporation (GHC) residents with an opportunity to become homeowners or secure permanent unassisted housing by providing supportive services to address financial dependence on subsidized housing. The program is designed in collaboration with community partners to provide services and support to families, which in turn will guide them toward economic self-sufficiency, financial independence, and stable housing/homeownership.

In 2022 GHC celebrated its first two Pathway Market graduates.  Participation in this program allowed these graduates to save a combined total of over $27,000.00 to go toward the purchase of their new homes.
