The Gwinnett Housing Corporation (GHC) was awarded grant funds from the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) {for the Community HOME Investment Program, or CHIP}, and the City of Lawrenceville in order to facilitate the repair of homes of income-eligible homeowners who have received a property violation from the City of Lawrenceville’s Planning and Development Department’s Code Enforcement. GHC needs General Contractors for repair/rehabilitation work of ten homes over the next 2 years. The repairs will generally be no more than $49,000.
